Who shall stand as judge of the sovereign King of Heaven?
Who shall stand and lay a charge against the ones whom God has chosen?
This heavy burden upon our community today seems to be among the unanswerable challenges this morning.
Real neighbors have been terrorized and are in great distress. Many of you may be able to recount your steps yesterday and see how close you were to the mayhem of a murderer’s intentions. The grace of God is what it is… grace. Mercy is what it is… mercy.
Pray for each other. Pray for families of those murdered yesterday in Twin Falls.

Pray for our neighbors.
Pray for investigators.
Pray for First Responders.
Pray for employees and employers of In N Out
Pray for God’s grace and mercy.
Think of how kind God has been toward you in restraining you from greater sin.
How can God look upon His people and see no iniquity in Jacob or no sin in our camp? If not for our Redeemer we are all guilty before man and God. We overcome our own iniquity by the precious blood of the Lamb. We are only able to walk in the power of Christ because of Him who nailed our debt to the cross.
Do not live in fear of the evil doer. Live in the joy of Christ. Find rest, brothers and sisters for in this grace of God there is pardon for sins now and sins to come.

Sin is a conquered foe, a condemned thing doomed to die.
God has been kind to us today. Bless Him for a kindness we do not deserve.
In Christ,
Paul Thompson
