Meet Dan Coburn

The next Burning in the Soul series is this coming Lord’s Day, April 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at Eastside Baptist Church in Twin Falls, Idaho.

I’m pleased to introduce you to Dan Coburn. Dan, and his wife Karon, have lived in Cottonwood, Idaho for the past fourteen years. Dan is the pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church and leads a faithful ministry to dozens of men at the North Idaho Correctional Institution (NICI). At NICI, Dan leads a Q/A with the men for several hours a week. Some of these men are discipled by Dan and other faithful pastors in the area. When these men return home they are now better equipped and prepared to function without drugs and alcohol and follow Christ with joy.

I hope you will make this a plan for you and your family this week. I can’t imagine a more fruitful hour you could add to your schedule.

I spent a week with Dan and Karon a few years ago while preaching in his church. While I was with Dan, he took me out on “Visitation” with his buddy Rocky. We had a great time.
